All students have to be nominated by their home university by sending an e- mail to erasmus@vfu.bg.

If your home university uses EWP Dashboard please ask them to send your nomination also via the EWP Dashboard platform.

 

 

Please, nominate your outgoing students before the deadlines.
No later nominations will be accepted.

 How to apply

ØFill in the Erasmus+ Student’s Application Form.

ØSend all the required documents to erasmus@vfu.bg

 

 Processing of applications

ØSigned Erasmus+ Student Application Form.

ØTranscript of Academic Records issued by home institution.

ØSigned and stamped Learning Agreement (by the student and the coordinator at the home institution). VFU also accepts Learning agreements which are generated through EWP Dashboard.

ØCopy of the student’s Identity Papers (Identity Card or Passport).

ØCopy of the European Health Card or of a private health insurance (in Bulgarian or English) in case of non-EU citizens.

ØA photo (4,5 x 3,5 cm).
