Participation in student learning mobility or for placement can be done multiple times. The total duration of the mobility period may not exceed 12 (twelve) months within each individual educational and qualification degree bachelor, master and doctor. Students studying in programmes ending with one-degree (e.g. Law, Architecture) can take part in a mobility for up to 24 (twenty-four) months. The admissible total period of student mobility of a maximum of 12 (twelve) months within each educational and qualification degree can be formed as a sum of individual realized learning mobilities only or for learning and placement. Previous participation in the Lifelong Learning programme, sector programme “Erasmus” is included in the maximum permissible period of 12 (twelve) months for each cycle of education.

The programme allows the participation in student mobility for placement for the so-called recently graduated students. Recent graduates must meet the selection criteria and undergo a selection procedure at VFU during their final year (before the last announced graduation date of the class, i.e. before the termination of the student’s study rights) of their studies and to conduct and complete their placement abroad within a year of graduation. The duration of the placement of recent graduates is added to the maximum 12 (twelve)-month period of the cycle during which they apply for the placement. The participation of “recently graduated students” in the Erasmus+ programme is not subject to academic recognition.

The student/PhD student can carry out the mobility:

  • With financial support from EU funds;
  • With no financial support (“zero grant”) from EU funds;
  • With financial support from EU funds, combined with a period of no financial support from EU funds;

Participation in learning mobility is allowed for students/doctoral students who have participated in practice mobility.
