A procedure for selecting candidates for participation in teaching mobility with a document competition at least once or until the funds allocated for the academic year are used up.
The ranking of lecturers is carried out on the basis of the evaluation criteria of the candidates and the results obtained according to the evaluation card of the candidates for participation in staff mobility for teaching under the Programme.
The lecturer who received the highest number of points according to the evaluation card of applicants for participation in staff mobility for teaching is ranked first. The remaining candidates are ranked in descending order.
The ranking of candidates is carried out up to the number of funds for which VFU has applied/received for the relevant academic year. Candidates who are ranked in the reserve have the right to carry out staff mobility for teaching as “zero grant”- lecturers. The lecturers in the reserve can receive an Erasmus grant in the event that one of the selected lecturers refuses to participate in mobility or if additional funds are available.
The ranked lecturers retain their position according to the evaluation card for applicants for participation in staff mobility for teaching/training, but according to the number of mobilities stipulated in the inter-institutional agreement they can be ranked according to their next desire (which is indicated in the lecturer’s application form).
The list of approved candidates, reserve candidates and rejected candidates is published on the Programme website.
Within one week of the publication of the results on the Programme website, the lecturer must confirm or deny participation in the Programme in writing.
