Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna is a multifunctional complex for congress, cultural and sport events. It has 6 multi-purpose halls, recreation center, fitness center, press center and a modern shopping center.
“Congress Hall” can be converted into a playground with an electronic scoreboard for recording real playing time and performance.
“Complex Mladost” is composed of 5 separate rooms, suitable for training. It has soundproofed and electronic-controlled curtains.
The complex also has two gyms, equipped with modern training equipment. Sports and recreation center is furnished with equipment for full recovery (saunas, jet) and rehabilitation of athletes, as well as electrotherapy and physiotherapy.
Palace of Culture and Sports has a shopping center, childrens’ playground, cafes and a carwash.

Sport Hall “Yunashki Salon”
The building with its unique wooden ornaments and columns was built in 1910 and in 1982 was certified as a monument of culture and architecture. The buiilding consists of a sports hall for training purposes and commercial premises intended for rental.
In 2015 the building was completely reconstructed and modernised.

Swimming complex “Primorski”
Since 2007 locals have enjoyed the renovated swimming complex Primorski. The first pool “Julian Rusev” is with dimensions 25 / 50 m and an average depth of 1,8 m. It has a modern treatment plant, rooms for doping control. Facilities for people with disabilities are also available.
On 12 June 2008 the second pool “Alexy Alexiev” was opened. The facility has a diving tower and a modern spa center. Its depth is 5 m.

Municipal sports complex “Sea Garden”
There are football and volleyball playgrounds as well as one tennis court in this complex.

Swimming pool “Dolphins” is an indoor facility with dimensions 25 / 12,5 m and depth 1,30 – 1,80 m.

Rowing base “Siya Neikova”
Rowing base “Siya Neykova” is situated in “Asparuhovo” residential district. It occupies an area of 17 decares and is a base for academic rowing training.There are a boat shed, an indoor rowing pool, a power training hall and a simulator hall. Many olympic and world champions have trained here.
